Hilton Dawson

Hilton was MP for Lancaster and Wyre when he kindly volunteered to help NAPAC. He accompanied Pete on a number of visits to Government Ministers and although we haven’t heard from him for a long time he is now running BASW (you can look that up but it stands for British Association of Social Workers – I think!)
