Trustee

James Badenoch studied Law at Oxford University. He is a QC and a Member of the Bar at Temple. He has specialised for over 20 years in clinical negligence, medical discipline, and medically related cases of every kind. He also practises in Human Rights law, Personal Injury, Mental Health, and common law.

He is married and has a daughter and two sons.In his spare time he enjoys tennis, travel, fossil hunting, digital photography, and the study of herons. James became a Trustee in May 2004.
