Trustee & Treasurer

Ken Newell is a Programme Manager in the rail industry. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has a Masters degree in Project Management.

During the day he is involved in the development of the major infrastructure projects required to enhance the railway network in the Stratford area of East London for 2012.

Over the past 20 years he has been involved in many forms of youth work leadership, acted as a Deacon in his local Baptist church and is now seconded to the finance committee for a large church building project.

He is married with two teenage children and lives in South East London.

Over the past few years he has taken on the challenges of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and crossing the Sinai desert.  All of which have benefited local and National charities.
