Trustee & Vice Chair

Karen Nock was born in Norfolk and brought up in Hertfordshire. She went to University in Manchester in 1998 where she studied for a sociology, politics and women's studies degree.

She then travelled to Ghana to volunteer for an AIDS charity. From 2003 - 2005 she completed a masters in social work at London Metropolitan University and now works as a children and families Social Worker for a north London borough.

She met Pete when he came to her University in 2004 to do a talk on NAPAC and has been volunteering for the charity ever since, and has recently become a trustee.

Her main passion is travelling and has travelled quite widely in Africa and Asia since university.
