Testimonials
" I was very nervous about using the phone line. It's hard to talk about what happened. But the lady I spoke to was so lovely I was at once at ease. She allowed me to take my time and explain and made me feel that I was valued and that how I was, was important to her. It was good to talk. " ~ A female survivor

Contact NAPAC: Feedback & Complaints

We want to know what you think about NAPAC! The main reason is because we are here to help adult survivors of childhood abuse - and the only way we know if we are achieving our goal is to be told by those we are helping. Sending us your feedback will help us more than you know.

Constantly Improving

In order for us to improve the services we offer we need your feedback to know what we are doing well and what we aren't.

Obtaining Funding

To obtain funding we often need evidence that proves we are making a positive difference. Before funders give us money they want to know that we are helping people effectively. The best way for us to do this is to show them feedback from those that we have helped. Without your feedback this becomes harder to do.

So if you are willing to help us in two MASSIVE ways by answering a few annonymous questions, please fill out one (or both) of the NAPAC surveys:

Once completed you can either email it to info@napac.org.uk or print it off and post it to
