Picture the scene...your birthday is on the horizon and you've already had several friends and family members ask you for gift ideas...you search the corners of your mind to think of something you've always wanted (within their price range)...and after mentioning the CD you've had your eye on you struggle to come up with anything else!
Sound familiar? If you are blessed to have everything you need then a fantastic way to celebrate your birthday is to set up a fundraising page for your friends and family to donate to NAPAC as a way of saying "happy birthday" to you. Every donation made will help us answer more of the 600+ calls that we receive each week. Essentially, a new year for you could also mean a fresh start for survivors of abuse across the country. What a gift!

I was very nervous about using the phone line. It's hard to talk about what happened. But the lady I spoke to was so lovely I was at once at ease. She allowed me to take my time and explain and made me feel that I was valued and that how I was, was important to her. It was good to talk.
