You're Mine
Sat here staring at an ice cold memory
Thinking of the things that have happened to me
Making me cold
Then you speak and I’m warm again
Your face
Your smile
Your eyes
You’re mine
Sat here feeling cold and alone
Wishing you were with me, in my arms
Making me warm
Then you’re here and I’m warm again
Your face
Your smile
Your eyes
You’re mine
Sat here staring at a warm memory
Thinking of the warmth you bring me
Your face
Your smile
Your eyes
You’re mine
Strong
I’ve gotta be someone
I’ve gotta stand up now
Can’t keep walking away
I’ve gotta say something
I’m like a shadow, walking through this life
Never doing, never saying, just walking through
I’m gonna be someone
I’m gonna stand up now
I won’t keep walking away
I will say something
I’m like a shadow walking through this life
Never doing, never saying, just walking through
My Sanity
Searching the corners of my mind
Trying to find my sanity
Going from room to room
Finding nothing
But hate and shame
Where once was love and joy
In the dusty corners of my mind
I’ll find it
That’s where I left it
In a corner of my mind
Searching the corners of my mind
Trying to find sanity
Going from room to room
Corner to corner
No joy, no love, no sanity
Just hate and shame
Hate and shame
In the dusty corners of my mind
I’ll find it
That’s where I left it
In a corner of my mind
Is That Me
Take a look in the mirror
Do you see me, do you see me
Take a walk down the street
Is that me, is that me
Nobody knows me
No-one knows where I’ve been
Nobody knows what I’ve seen
Am I you, am I him
Have you seen what I’ve seen
Have you been where I’ve been
Take a look in the mirror
Do you see me
Do you see me
Do you feel what I feel
Do you cry what I cry
At night when you sleep
Do you dream what I dream
Do you scream in your dream
Nobody knows what I’ve seen
Nobody knows where I’ve been
Take a look in the mirror
Do you see me
Do you see me
Take a walk down the street
Is that me
Is that me
In My Eyes Do You See Guilt
In my eyes do you see guilt
In my face do you see shame
In my heart do you see pain
Or is it you you see
Have you been there, the same room
Did you cry there, the same room
The same room as me
In your eyes I see guilt
In your face I see shame
In your heart I see pain
Yes you’ve been there
The same room
Yes you’ve cried there
The same room
The same room as me
In the same room
The same room
The same room as me
Yes we’ve been there
The same room
Yes we’ve cried there
The same room
The same room as me
In the same room
The same room
The same room as me
Crying In Secret
I’m goin’ to get up and walk out of here
Gonna get up and go
I’ve been stuck here too long, crying
Got to stop I know
Sick of crying in secret
Somebody should know
Sick of crying in secret
I’ve got to get up, I know
I don’t need this hurt any more
I need to go
I’m goin’ to get up and walk out of here
Goin’ to get up I know
Sick of crying in secret
Somebody should know
Sick of crying in secret
I’ve got to get up, I know
I got up and walked out of there
The place I was then
I’m still crying, still crying
But I can stop, I know
I’m not crying in secret
Now you know
I’m not crying in secret
Because, with you, we know
