Online Therapy

  • Beating The Blues
    An online 8 week programme providing therapy for depression and anxiety. It is your right to access this programme free through the NHS if you are living in the UK.
  • TELL (Therapy Explotation Link Line)
    An international group of 12 responders who offer support to people exploited by therapists.
  • Cocoon Counselling. (Cocoon is a professional online counselling and therapy service run by qualified counsellors.)
  • Nourishment for Difficult Times. The website contains a series of meditation designed for women who are recovering from sexual abuse or any form of physical violence. It is designed to be a source of loving inspiration and wisdom at a time of disruptive feelings. It is a guide to fuel inner strength and guidance, and aims to provide a point of positive focus and nourishment for women in time of need. It can also be used as a resource for other health practitioners to use with clients and recommend to clients.The meditations are aimed specifically at women who are going through the recovery process of domestic violence, rape, sexual abuse, incest or molestation. Some focus on creating a safe space, which as you know is essential if you have been sexually abused by a relative/husband/boyfriend or in the family home/your own home.
