The first step towards recovery

The NAPAC Support Team are trained volunteers who will assist callers in any way they can. NAPAC does not offer counselling or on-going support but they are there to listen, validate and do whatever is most helpful to the caller, whether that be a listening ear or searching our database to give the most relevant information on any local sources of help.

Because of the large volume of calls we are sorry that many people are unable to get through. We are trying to extend our opening times and they are always changing as the NAPAC Support Team increases so keep checking here for the most up-to-date information.

The current opening hours are:
Monday 10:30am-12:30pm and 6:00pm-8:30pm
Tuesday 11:00am-1:30pm and 2:30pm-9:00pm
Wednesday 11:30am-1:30pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm, 7:00pm-9:00pm
Thursday 10:00am-3:00pm and 5:00pm-9:00pm
Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
